We take great pride in recruiting the highest calibre personnel. Because of the nature of our business, we operate a stringent screening process for all prospective employees. This is in line with the British Standard code of practice for screening personnel employed in a security environment (BS 7858:2004) and includes detailed checks of employment over the last 10 years (or since leaving school). In addition, we request police checks on all prospective employees in accordance with the Association of Chief of Police Officers Security System Policy.
