Bespoke Solutions

We carry out a full survey and appraisal of each customer's fire and security requirements and then design a solution that best meets their needs and budget, whilst at the same time ensuring the installation is sympathetic to the surroundings. We apply the same level of detail and conscientiousness to every one of our projects, whether domestic, commercial, private or public sector.

Installation & Maintenance

We are meticulous in attention to detail when installing and maintaining our fire and security solutions. Regular maintenance inspections must be carried out once the initial 12 month warranty has expired to ensure maximum life expectancy of each piece of equipment and to guarantee your confidence in your security arrangements.

Customer Service

We take great pride in the standard of our customer service. Our engineers will not leave a site until the client is 100% satisfied with the installation and fully comprehends how it works. In addition, our Customer Service team take individual ownership for each call they answer, so you are assured that your query will always be followed up until you are completely satisfied.

We are always looking for ways to provide a faster and more reliable service to our customers. That is why we will soon be introducing a new secure interactive customer site on our website. This will provide our customers with a secure environment where they can make payments online if they wish and where administration processes that were previously faxed or posted can be carried out.

Standards & Quality

We only use equipment of the very highest standard and quality. We are members of the Electrical Contractors Associations (ECA), Security Systems & Alarms Inspection Board (SSAIB) and National Security Inspectorate (NSI). Read more about our accreditations. Our commitment to quality also extends to our staff and to this end we are pleased to have achieved the Investors in People award in 2001 and passed our reassessment in 2007.

Health & Safety

We are committed to ensuring a safe working environment for both our customers and our staff. Our Health & Safety Policy is reviewed and updated on a quarterly basis to guarantee that it is in line with current health and safety practices and regulations. All customers are provided with a copy of the policy with their contract.

In addition, all our engineers have qualified with the Electrotechnical Certification Scheme (ECS) and hold a valid ECS card at all times. The ECS identifies the level of competency of properly trained operatives. The card is valid for 3 years and demonstrates that the holder is fully aware of his/her on-site safety obligations.

Not only do we strive to stay ahead of the competition in terms of innovative technology and fire and security solutions, but we also invest in the most up to date internal communication methods. Why? To guarantee efficiency in our operations and improve our ability to exceed our customers’ expectations. We have satellite tracking of company vehicles for fast response and our customer database in integrated with hand held electronic devices (PDA’s) to enable our engineers and head office to communicate with speed and accuracy.
