Every one of our installations is backed up by a maintenance package. Without maintenance even the most effective equipment will deteriorate. It is therefore important that a qualified engineer carries out regular maintenance checks. This will ensure your equipment meets current health and safety standards and will prevent future failure or faults.

We have now graded our fire maintenance packages into three distinct categories. Select from our gold, silver and bronze packages depending on your specific requirements.

  • 4 Maintenance visits per year
  • 1 Emergency call out per year
  • Technical helpdesk telephone support
  • Full reporting of maintenance visits by email fax or letter
  • Special contract call out fee, saving 30%
  • 24 hour / 365 day response
  • Payment by direct debit
