We did it! After three years of having been shortlisted as finalists at the Security Excellence Awards, at last night's glittering award ceremony we were presented with the award for the 'Best IT Initiative'.
The annual Security Excellence Awards recognises the achievements of individuals and companies from across the security industry. At the ceremony held at London's Hilton Park Hotel, Chris Lewis proudly accepted the Best IT Initiative Award in recognition of our continuous commitment to embrace new technology.
Chris Lewis, Managing Director, comments, "Over the last year we have invested heavily in new IT initiatives. In order to significantly improve our operations and service, we have implemented lots of new customer service processes, training initiatives, tools and infrastructures."
For the last two years we have reached the final of the Best IT Initiative category. This year we really excelled ourselves by reaching the final of four separate categories: Best Security Installer, Best Security Training Initiative, Best Customer Care Initiative and Best IT Initiative.
Chris Lewis adds, "To be selected as finalists in four different categories and to win the Best IT Initiative Award is a true reflection of our commitment to continuously embrace new technology and to become the UK's leading security installer."
