New Bournemouth Branch Manager

Graham Richards adds experience and expertise to Bournemouth office

Chris Lewis Fire & Security has recruited seasoned security professional Graham Richards to head up its Bournemouth operation. Richards joins the company with over 14 years experience in the electronic security and audio visual industries, having worked as an Engineering Manager for Octagon Ltd before running his own successful business for the last three years.

Richards cites Chris Lewis Fire & Security’s technical expertise and customer-centric culture as key to him taking up the new role. “When I was looking for companies to approach in the New Forest area, Chris Lewis Fire & Security stood out as a firm that was actively embracing existing and new technology”, comments Richards. “What I didn’t realize at the time is how highly the company regards customer service and standards of workmanship, so I’m delighted to be joining one of the industry’s elite.”

In spite of his engineering roots, Richards is no novice when it comes to major account management, successfully winning a contract with a Surrey-based luxury home builder worth approximately £200,000 per annum while self-employed. Chris Lewis, Managing Director Chris Lewis Fire & Security adds, “Graham will be a huge asset to our Bournemouth business. He has a solid background in all aspects of security, including CCTV, access control and intruder alarms, as well as the home cinema and multi-room audio/visual systems in which we are seeing growing demand. We already have a loyal client base across Dorset but I’m confident that Graham’s appointment will enable us to demonstrate to more residential and commercial customers that our fire and security expertise and service levels can’t be beaten.”

Chris Lewis Fire & Security has been operating in the Bournemouth area since February 2007 when it acquired MMGS. The company now has three branches across the south of England and serves over 5,000 residential and commercial clients.
