Chris Lewis Fire & Security's commitment to training and development has once again received independent recognition. The company has been selected as a regional finalist in the Medium Employer category of the National Apprenticeship Awards 2010.
The Apprenticeship Awards, hosted by the National Apprenticeship Service and presented by City & Guilds, received over 1,300 applications this year. It features categories for apprentices and employers, with the latter designed to acknowledge and celebrate employers’ commitment to developing their workforce through apprenticeships.
The next stage of the competition will see Chris Lewis Fire & Security participate in the South East Learning and Skills awards ceremony on Thursday the 20th of May at Savill Court, Windsor Great Park, Surrey. If successful, the company will then join the eight other regional finalists for their category in the national finals.
The National Apprenticeship Awards ceremony will be held on Thursday 15th July in Central London.
