Hampshire County Council entrust emergency lighting and fire alarm maintenance to Chris Lewis Fire & Security

Chris Lewis Fire & Security has once again secured the annual maintenance contract for fire detection systems and emergency lighting equipment throughout Hampshire County Council’s Area C. The fire maintenance contract, awarded by Carillion Planned Maintenance, covers approximately 1/3 of the Council's estate to the south and west of Winchester, and includes schools, colleges, nursing homes, sheltered housing and council offices.

Mike Covill, Branch Director of Chris Lewis Fire & Security in Southampton commented, “This is the 10th year that we have provided fire system maintenance services to Hampshire County Council through Carillion Planned Maintenance. The contract covers 296 sites, and I’m delighted that our proactive approach to maintaining the fire alarms and emergency lighting in every building across these sites is continuing to demonstrate a positive return on investment.”
