We take great pride in recruiting the highest calibre of personnel and will only discriminate on ability and employment records. Because of the nature of our business, we operate a stringent screening process for all prospective employees. This is in line with the code of practice for screening of personnel employed in a fire and security environment (BS 7858:2004) and includes detailed checks of employment over the last 10 years (or since leaving school). In addition the Police vets all prospective employees in accordance to the Association of Chief of Police Officers Security System Policy.
